A Party In Pink

As we all know by now, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month; there are events and fundraisers all over the place to raise money for a cure we all know is necessary to save Boobies all across the country. This is a cause very near and dear to me; for the past 5 years my step-grandmother has been battling this very disease, and I can not adequately express in words just how important it is to be aware; mammograms, monthly self-checks, and regular doctor visits are important, and early detection is KEY! Keep feelin’ those boobies, ladies, and in the mean time, enjoy these captures from our Party In Pink; Zumba for the Cure!  (Special thanks to the Fulton County YMCA for letting me capture this event, and Heather Abraham from Beau Monde Progressive Hair Studio for putting this all together.) I think her theory really sums this up nicely;

“Because I have been given much… I too, must give.”

    Thank you so much, Sara for giving up your time to do these photos for us. We had a really supportive, uplifting group of amazing ladies, and hopefully this will help get the word out about events like this. Next time we hope to have even more people attend. Thank you again, for being such an amazing human. <3 you bunches!!
